Agreement between e.Biscom and Telecom on the sale of HanseNet finalised today

The agreement and relative transfer of 100% of the share capital of HanseNet from the e.Biscom Group to the Telecom Italia Group was finalised today following the approval of the German Antitrust Authority.

Milano, 25 settembre 2003 - E' stato finalizzato oggi, dopo l'approvazione dell'Antitrust tedesca, l'accordo e il relativo trasferimento del 100% del capitale azionario di HanseNet Telekommunikation GmbH dal Gruppo e.Biscom al Gruppo Telecom Italia.

A partire dal 1° ottobre, HanseNet quindi non sarà più incorporata nel consolidamento di e.Biscom.
