Fastweb has always promoted a corporate culture of integrity and transparency and has defined a Whistleblowing Policy that includes dedicated channels and how to manage reports of illegal conduct that guarantee confidentiality and the protection of whistleblower.
All reports are managed through a predefined procedure which ensures objectivity of analysis and responsibility in the management of an independent function.
What to report?
The report may be about any news relating to possible violations of the law, breaches of internal procedures and rules, non-compliant conduct with Model 231, the Ethical Code, and also irregularities which damage for Fastweb.
Who can report?
The whistleblower can be employees or collaborators.
