Silvio Scaglia announces that today he has tendered the totality of his shares in FASTWEB (Milan MTAX: FWB) to the Public Tender Offer (the PTO) by Swisscom, as agreed.

Milan, 10 April 2007 - Silvio Scaglia announces that today he has tendered the totality of his shares in FASTWEB (Milan MTAX: FWB) to the Public Tender Offer (the PTO) by Swisscom, as agreed. The holding company SMS Finance S.A. has delivered the shares (representing 18,7% of FASTWEB's share capital) to the PTO during the first day of the offer, which expires on May 15, 2007.
