Milan, 3rd August 2007 - FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milan, MTAX:FWB) received the resignation of Statutory Auditor Professor Maurizio Comoli today as he has taken on other positions. Professor Comoli is replaced as Statutory Auditor by Pierluigi Galbussera who had previously held the post in financial year 2004.
The FASTWEB Board of Auditors, whose term of office ends upon approval of the financial statements at 31st December 31 2007, is therefore composed of:
