The Board of Directors of FASTWEB (Milano, MTAX: FWB) met today and approved the Issuer's Notice relating to the Voluntary Public Tender Offer launched by Swisscom Italia S.r.l., pursuant to article 102 of Legislative Decree 58/98 (TUF), on all outstanding shares of Fastweb not held by the offeror, representing 17.918% of the share capital of Fastweb.
