The agreement and relative transfer of 100% of the share capital of HanseNet from the e.Biscom Group to the Telecom Italia Group was finalised today following the approval of the German Antitrust Authority.

Milan, September 25th 2003 - The agreement and the relative transfer of 100% of the share capital of HanseNet Telekommunikation GmbH from the e.Biscom Group to the Telecom Italia Group was finalised today following the approval of the German Antitrust Authority.

Therefore, as from October 1st, HanseNet will no longer be consolidated by e.Biscom.
