FastWeb's First Half Year 2003 Financial Report approved
Milan, July 29th 2003 - The Shareholders of FastWeb S.p.A. convened today in order to appoint the Board of Directors of the company made up of Silvio Scaglia, Carlo Micheli, Emanuele Angelidis, Mario Rossetti and Alberto Trondoli.
At the end of the Shareholders Meeting, the Board of Directors of FastWeb met in order to formalize the appointments and to define the corporate roles.
Silvio Scaglia was appointed Chairman and CEO, Carlo Micheli Executive Vice Chairman, Emanuele Angelidis CEO, Mario Rossetti Executive Board Director for Finance, Administration and Fiscal Affairs and Alberto Trondoli Executive Board Director for Operations, Sales and Marketing.
The Board of Directors also approved the first half year 2003 Financial Report. Accordingly with the preliminary results of the e.Biscom Group announced on July 8th, during the period January-June 2003, FastWeb's revenues amounted to Euro 183.1 million and EBITDA was positive for Euro 40.1 million. On June 30th 2003, FastWeb had 249,000 clients.
e.Biscom's final consolidated results will be announced on August 29th 2003.
