Milan, January 23th 2006 - FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milan, MTAX: FWB) announces its calendar of company events for the year 2006. The Company intends to apply article IA.2.18.2 of the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and hence will not present documents relative to the second and fourth quarters of the year.
March 27th 2006: Board of Directors for the approval of the draft Annual Report for the year ended December 31st 2005.
May 12th 2006: Board of Directors for the approval of the financial report for the three months ending March 31st 2006.
September 6th 2006: Board of Directors approving the financial report for the six months ending June 30th 2006.
November 13th 2006: Board of Directors approving the financial report for the nine months ending September 30th 2006.
The Shareholders' Meeting Approving the Annual Report 2005 is presently scheduled on April 27-28th 2006.
Presentation to analysts, via conference call, of quarterly, half year and full year results is scheduled on the same day of the financial figures approval by FASTWEB Board of Directors.
If there are any changes in the calendar of events the Company will communicate them in good time.
