Milan, November 10th 2004 - e.Biscom (Milan, Nuovo Mercato: EBI), Italy's leading broadband telecommunications company, with reference to what has been disclosed this morning by Reuters states that no advisors have been appointed to evaluate a likely integration with Enel- owned Italy's telecom operator Wind.
e.Biscom confirms that no negotiations are underway between the companies, as already disclosed to the market on November 7th, 2004.
