FASTWEB (Milan, Nuovo Mercato: FWB) has appointed Deutsche Bank, jointly with Interbanca and Unicredit Banca Mobiliare, in order to study the potential integration with Wind, an opportunity that has to be considered in the light of the major industrial synergies between the two companies.

Milan, 6 December 2004 - e.Biscom becomes FASTWEB also on the Stock Exchange. The name with which the Company is listed on the Nuovo Mercato of the Milan Stock Exchange and the relative symbol will be changed to FASTWEB and FWB respectively as of Tuesday 7 December.

This change follows the registration in the Register of Companies (Registro delle Imprese) of the new company name FASTWEB that has been completed today.

The Milan Stock Exchange is formalising the change today by issuing a formal notice (Avviso di Borsa).
