Milan, March 13, 2007 - Professor Pier Maria Corso and Mr Gildo Ursini, counsel to Silvio Scaglia, inform that by adhering to the request made by Public Prosecutors in Rome Mr Di Leo and Mr Passaniti, Silvio Scaglia made himself available to render his statements.
It has been so possible to clarify his personal position and the position of FASTWEB (Milan MTAX: FWB) in terms of both being not involved in the criminal offence which the Public Prosecutors had assumed as applicable.
