The Board of Directors of Fastweb SpA (Milan MTAX: FWB) has resolved to postpone the Company's Annual Shareholder Meeting, previously scheduled for 24 March, to 22 April. The Board wishes to examine in depth the recent events involving the Company in order to evaluate the matter and present it accurately to Shareholders.FASTWEB- Assemblea degli Azionisti fissata al giorno 22 aprile 2010The Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on first call on 22 April in Milan, at the Hotel Principe di Savoia, Piazza della Repubblica 17, at 10:00. If necessary, the Meeting will be held on second call on 23 April at the same place and time. The agenda remains unchanged and foresees the approval of the 2009 financial accounts, the election of the Board of Directors and approval of the revised fees for the Company's independent auditors.
Notice of the rescheduling of the Annual Shareholder Meeting will be published on 9 March in the Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper.
