The Board of Directors of FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milan, MTAX: FWB), acknowledges that its lawyers, in the spirit of full cooperation with the investigating authorities, have formulated some proposals to the said authorities aimed at guaranteeing the utmost level of transparency on the Company's conduct. The lawyers have requested a brief postponement of the hearing of March 2nd in the Court's Private Chambers, in order to allow the authorities to appropriately assess in detail all the technical aspects of the proposals.
